As far as mailing out cash, please make sure you wrap the money in either a piece of paper OR a card; this is optional, but you can mail your payment via Certified Mail/Delivery Confirmation (comes with a tracking number)
at a post office, just a few dollars extra, but if your payment gets lost in the mail then you can track it down (just hope that wouldn't be the case) :
